new york fashion week 2025

For the first time ever, Made in Mexico took the stage at New York Fashion Week—and iLaCatrina was honored to open this historic hour at Sony Hall on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

Selected as one of the top seven Mexican designers for this groundbreaking NYFW Mega Show, iLaCatrina proudly represented the soul and artistry of Mexico with a striking presentation of five iconic looks. Each design paid tribute to the powerful symbols of our heritage, blending fashion, art, and history in a vibrant expression of national pride.

This exclusive showcase marked a defining moment for Mexican designers on one of fashion’s most prestigious global platforms. From hand-embroidered details to silhouettes inspired by Mexican folklore and modern elegance, iLaCatrina’s collection captivated the audience and celebrated the creative force of our culture.

We are deeply grateful to our extraordinary team and official iLaCatrina partners who brought this vision to life: Jesica Martinez from Lotus Social Media, Salim Proctor from Doc Shots Photography, guest make up artist Raven Arredondo, and our extraordinary models Ana Solorzano, Azalia Arredondo, Madelyn Dennis, Allison Beraud, and Freddra Reyes.
