On Friday, October 23, 2026, InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk invites guests to experience the Day of the Dead River Parade from an exceptional setting directly along the River Walk.
The evening brings together reserved parade seating, Día de los Muertos-inspired music, complimentary face painting, festive food and cocktails, creating a lively celebration before and throughout the iconic river procession.
From 6:30–7:30 PM, guests will also have the opportunity to experience iLaCatrina® icons throughout the celebration, bringing the artistry and visual storytelling of Día de los Muertos into the heart of the evening.
Every ticket includes a complimentary featured Día de los Muertos cocktail, specially selected for the occasion, with a full bar available for additional purchases through 9:00 PM.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
The DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS RIVER PARADE EXPERIENCE brings guests directly to the San Antonio River Walk for an evening centered around one of the city’s most anticipated cultural celebrations.
Reserved viewing places guests close to the Day of the Dead River Parade, surrounded by festive music, face painting, cocktails, iLaCatrina® icons, and the energy of Día de los Muertos throughout the River Walk.
Two ticket experiences allow guests to choose between preferred front-row viewing with a dedicated food experience or reserved parade seating just behind the Premium area.
PREMIUM PARADE EXPERIENCE
Premium guests receive preferred front-row seating along the River Walk, creating an exceptional view of the Day of the Dead River Parade.
From 6:00–7:30 PM, Premium ticket holders also enjoy a Día de los Muertos-inspired food experience featuring corn in a cup, flautas, quesadillas, Mexican-style fruit cups, carnitas, and churros.
iLACATRINA ICONS
From 6:30–7:30 PM, iLaCatrina® icons become part of the celebration along the River Walk, bringing distinctive Día de los Muertos artistry, couture, and cultural visual storytelling into the evening.
Guests will have the opportunity to encounter the icons and capture photographs before settling in for the river parade.
