The Shops at La Cantera is presented Luxury and Heritage Runway, an exclusive Día de los Muertos celebration created to share history, heritage, and high fashion with the community. This cultural presentation reflects the center’s dedication to honoring tradition and bringing unforgettable experiences to San Antonio.
The centerpiece of the afternoon was the exclusive Luxury and Heritage Runway, staged in the luxury wing of The Shops at La Cantera, at the Center Court (by valet parking entrance x Haywire). This presentation will showcase a beautifully curated collection from iLaCatrina: Trascendence. Through fashion and cultural storytelling, this collection will honor tradition while highlighting the artistry and elegance of contemporary runway presentation.
Taking the runway was Azalia Arredondo, Nitza Valdez and Marcela Delgado, contestants from the Telemundo reality show Miss Universe Latina, alongside Allegra Rodriguez, Miss Texas Latina, joined by other high fashion models. Together they will embody elegance, cultural pride, and the living artistry of Día de Muertos.
Audiences enjoyed music by DJ music, and live performances from tenor Kevin Arratia, traveling from Austin after his acclaimed solo debut in New York, bringing his extraordinary voice to this San Antonio celebration.

Luxury and Heritage Runway was part of the 20th anniversary season of The Shops at La Cantera, which has become a landmark destination and was recently recognized as the number one shopping center in the United States by USA TODAY 10Best Readers Choice Awards.
